The Schizophrenia and Psychosis Action Alliance provides basic information on schizophrenia and psychosis including steps for those who have been diagnosed or know someone with a diagnosis. They also provide peer support groups as well as a toll-free information helpline. The helpline is available Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. This number is not an emergency hotline.
