Get Involved

If you are interested in mental-health, getting involved on campus, supporting our student body, and being a part of a fun and inclusive community, then reach out and join us. We would love to have you!

Group Meeting

General Meetings

We meet the first Thursday of every month at 6pm at the UA Student Center. At our meetings you can expect to have small group discussions about the mental health topic of the month, interact with peers, and listen to speakers. If you are interested in helping make a difference around campus, you can also help us plan and host campus-wide events and initiatives. We typically also grab dinners together as a group afterwards!

Mindful Writing

We meet on alternating Mondays at 6pm at the UA Student Center. Join us for a relaxing time of reflection and self-care. We will be journaling together as a group and practicing mindful exercises, such as meditation, yoga, drawing, and more. We want everyone to know that this is a safe space, and no one will be forced to share anything with the group. We respect your privacy and boundaries and want everyone to feel comfortable in group. This will be a great space to form closer friendships and relax with peers.

Community

We will be hosting community events, such as game nights, arts and crafts, movie nights, and more. If you are interested in meeting new people and having a space to relax, then make sure to join us!

Events

We host campus-wide events once a month. Some of the events we have hosted in the past are This is My Story, Painting Pebbles, and Fresh Fruit Tabling. We also have hosted various panel discussions with mental health experts.
