Sanvello is an app that focuses on helping individuals deal with anxiety, depression, and other mental health struggles. The app offers 4 primary support methods: self-care, peer support, coaching, and therapy.

Livewell Foundation

The Livewell Foundation provides peer support for individuals with depression. Online meetings are offered for teens, adults, and seniors. The site also provides information on depression as well as ways to connect with therapy and other programs.
